There are now two ways to submit OTMs online: The online form here at
this site or The Regional Database. There are several features and advantages to submitting
your OTMs through an account on the database and everyone is encouraged to
check it out. OTMs will be able to be submitted through the form on this
site for the rest of the academic year. Update: November
