NRHH decided at its October 2003 meeting to award Hall of the Year and Program of the Year awards for the 2003-2004 school year. The 2004-2005 criteria for both awards may be found below. NOTE: To be considered for one or both awards, written bids MUST be submitted to the NRHH President no later than April 14, 2005 at 5:00 PM.
