Dance Marathon 2007 teams must register for this event. Each team needs to print and fill out one registration form (one per team). Each team member needs to print and fill out a waiver form.

Forms have to be dropped off in person to the Dance Marathon Mailbox located in the C-SIL office on the first floor of the Memorial Union.
