                      AN IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

         This program contains a solver for newspaper puzzle ciphers
         that the NSA has officially ruled to be a defense article,
         and has officially declared requires an ARMS EXPORT LICENSE
         from the State Department to be exported outside the United
         States and Canada.  If you want to export CRYPT200.EXE, you
         should consult your attorney for legal requirements BEFORE
         you export it.



                        CRYPT200  INSTRUCTIONS

         CRYPT200.EXE is a self-extracting ZIP file consisting of
         CRYPT ZIP files, installation instructions and procedure.

         Download CRYPT200.EXE to your PC.  Be sure to use binary
         transfer, for example (assuming ZMODEM download protocol):

                        sz -b crypt200.exe

         On your PC, copy CRYPT200.EXE to your root directory, then
         execute it:

                        crypt200

         It will unzip itself into installation pieces.  Read READ.ME
         and follow instructions for Download Installation (the latter
         part of READ.ME).  The unzipping creates INSTALL.BAT in your
         root directory, and completing the installation is nothing
         more than executing

                        install drive1 drive2

         where drive1 is the drive on which you unzipped, and drive2
         is the drive on which you want to install CRYPT.
