Empowering students to manage credit

The purpose of the Understanding Credit Program is to provide credit management information to UND students, free of charge, by other students. Qualified students undergo training sessions to develop the ability to present general information with regard to credit management and answer questions from students. Professional counselors along with Finance instructors at UND will provide the training.
Events will be held regularly on-campus where the student credit specialists give presentations to students who are having credit related financial distress or simply interested in getting some tips on how to manage their credit.

10/16/2009:Credit Specialsts Jeff Payne and Sam Horak present at the UND Apartment Community Monthly Meal on understanding credit. The credit specialists will return to the Community next week to answer questions.
