Moderators: Tom Branson and Bob Stanton

Overview:

The moderators will begin this session by briefly summarizing their views on the state of the art, current directions, and emerging opportunities in the fields represented at the conference. An open discussion will follow. This discussion will form the basis of a “white paper” which the organizers will later make available to the conference participants and to the NSF.

This session is an important part of the conference, and all interested speakers and participants should attend.
