General Comments: The band part for this is rather simple. The one thing that will be difficult for the band will be sensitivity to the soloist or duetists. The solo or duet line is in a ragtime-feel and will introduce your students to the ragtime style. The solo line breaks off into a duet between measures 15 - 26 which will allow two or more of your students to demonstrate their abilities. The ranges of this piece are not hard and should be a comfortable range for young students.
