| General Comments: | A beginning band will love this piece. Echo blues introduces a style to young bands that they probably are not used to. Mark Williams uses a simple one measure motive that uses "blue notes." This motive is passed around the band giving everyone a chance to play the melody. The passing of the melody immitates an echo. This is an imaginative work that should be fun and very educational for your band. |
