The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality has produced a fact sheet on selected findings from the 2004 National Healthcare Quality Report (NHQR) and the National Healthcare Disparities Report (NHDR). This fact sheet on Women's Health Care in the United States, examines (1) disparities in health care among women by race, ethnicity, and socioeconomic status; (2) disparities in health care for women compared with men; and (3) trends and state variation in women's health care over time.
