Minutes of the University Curriculum Committee

February 21, 2008

1. A meeting of the University Curriculum Committee was held on Thursday, February 21, 2008, Twamley Hall, Room 404. Matt Cavalli presided. Those present were Suzanne Anderson, Connie Borboa, Matt Cavalli, Connie Gagelin, Bonni Gourneau, Devon Hansen, Assion Lawson-Body, Mary Riske and Liz Tyree.

2. Minutes February 14. Mary Riske moved to approve the minutes. The motion was seconded, voted upon and carried with one abstention.

3. Matt Cavalli presented Mechanical Engineering 542 and 575 new course requests and moved approval of both. The motion was seconded, voted upon and carried with two abstentions.

4. Devon Hansen presented Geography 421 course change request and moved approval. The motion was seconded, voted upon, and carried unanimously.

5. Computer Science 150, 199 and 299 new course requests. Matt Cavalli moved to approve all of the requests. The motion was seconded, voted upon and carried unanimously.

6. The meeting adjourned at 3:45 p.m.
