Minutes of the University Curriculum Committee

November 13, 2003

1. A meeting of the University Curriculum Committee was held on Thursday, November 13, in Twamley Hall, Room 305. Judy Bruce presided.

2. Those present were Connie Borboa, Judy Bruce, Mary Cutler, Mary Drewes, Evelyn Labun, and Ralph Woehle.

3. Minutes for October 30, 2003. Ralph Woehle moved to approve the minutes from October 30. The motion was seconded voted upon and carried unanimously.

4. Judy Bruce presented IDS 399 course change request and moved approval. The motion was seconded, voted upon and carried unanimously.

5. Mary Cutler presented the Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science change in program requirements request. Ralph Woehle moved approval. The motion was seconded, voted upon and carried unanimously.

6. Ralph Woehle presented Musc 480 course change request and moved approval. The motion was seconded, voted upon and carried unanimously.

7. Evelyn Labun presented Hum 271 course change request and Hum 271L new course request and moved approval of both requests. The motion was seconded, voted upon and carried unanimously.

8. Ralph Woehle presented Comm 329 course change request and moved approval. The motion was seconded, voted upon and carried unanimously.

9. Evelyn Labun presented Nonprofit Leadership Certificate Program change in program requirements request and moved approval. The motion was seconded, voted upon and carried unanimously.

10. Judy Bruce presented Bachelor of Music with major in Performance change in program requirements request and moved to table pending clarification of request. The motion was seconded, voted upon and carried unanimously.

11. Judy Bruce will review the change in program requirements form for our next meeting.

12. The meeting adjourned at 3:30 p.m.
