Subcommittee chair responsibilities
1.	Ensure that all committee members know what they need to do. New and old liaisons would not be required to function independently as liaisons.
2.	Ensuring that all reports come to the committee as a whole on schedule.
3.	Ensuring that subcommittee meetings take place on a timely basis.
