Subject Search |
If you don't know where the concepts you are looking for might appear,
search for them as keywords. A keyword search will find words in the title,
subject, notes, and series. The author is not searched in a keyword
search.
How to Search
- Select the Keyword radio button from the basic
search screen
or select Keyword from the drop-down menu on the advanced
search screen.
- Enter one or more words that descibe the item you are looking for.
Your search will find all items that have these keywords.
- Do not include these words: by, for, in, of, on, to, the.
- Use truncation and wild cards for spelling
variations.
- Use boolean operators AND, OR, NOT
to combine words.
- You can use upper or lower case.
