- Book claims and cancels
- First claim is set for 90 days; reclaim is set for an additional 90 days.
- Autocancel is set for 270 days
- Items claimed over 180 days, will be cancelled
- Monographic Orders Associate will distribute vendor claim notices to bibliographers when available. The Acq order printout including claim notes and CPA printout will be retained by the Associate.
- Acquisitions Specialist will make effort to find an alternate vendor to fill the order when feasible.
- Bibliographers can consult acquisitions orders for notes and status.
- Do not go to out-of-print/stock dealers for Popular Reading books.
