SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE

This addition to the A. C. Townley Speeches and Related Materials consists of a ten page pamphlet entitled, "Did Townley Have a Fair Trial?: A Straight Forward Statement Worth Considering" The pamphlet contains the statement read by Judge Ezra C. Dean at Townley's 1919 sedition trial in Jackson, Minnesota.
