How to share a calendar

  1. Click on the Calendar Bar (bottom left of screen)
  2. Highlight the calendar you wish to share.
  3. Click on Calendar Properties button(left side, under the expanded Calendar bar, the grey gear)
  4. Click on the Sharing Tab.
  5. Ensure the Share Calendar checkbox is checked
  6. Verify the All Users checkbox and permission dropdown is correct.
  7. Add users you wish to give specific permissions to
    1. To search for users click on the book symbol to the right of the User Dialog Box, then select the Corporate Directory from the dropdown.
  8. Click Save Changes.
