Janna Kruckenberg has joined the Information Technology Systems and Services staff as an IT Desktop Support Technician in the Support Services division. She is originally from Bismarck, ND.
Janna worked for Gateway as a general and advanced technical support for 3.5 years before moving to Grand Forks. Janna then worked for Simplicity Systems, Inc in EGF as a system administrator for about 1 year. She then assisted in the opening of Best Buy in April 2001 staying with the company until June 2003. At Best Buy she worked as a support technician. She started working for UND in June 2003 as a computer operator before moving to her current position of Desktop Support Technician.
Janna graduated from Bismarck State College with a degree in Art and Design. May 2003 she graduated from UND majoring in Computer Science with minors in Fine Art and Mathematics.
Janna is an avid artist. She enjoys oil painting and photography in her free time.
