Some of the Technical Services staff will be devoting most of their time to the ConnectND project , which means there will be fewer people to process requests for changes and additions for PageCenter, workstations, printers, and security for the mainframe server.
PageCenter Additions and Changes: Effective immediately, requests should be sent to the UND ITSS Help Center (ITSS_Help@mail.und.nodak.edu or 777-2222). Security, such as RACF access for TSO, FTP, and PageCenter: Effective immediately, requests for changes and additions should be sent to the UND Security Administrator, by mail to ITSS, Box 9041, or by fax to 777-3978. Each campus has one or more Security Officers, who should have access to the necessary forms. Requests for additions or changes will be processed once per week, staff permitting. Each Campus Security Officer resets passwords for staff on their respective campus, and the UND ITSS Help Center (ITSS_Help@mail.und.nodak.edu or 777-2222) can reset RACF passwords for most users in their absence, with the exception of AIS staff and Technical Services staff. If you are experiencing a problem with existing security, the Help Center should be notified, and they will create a Remedy Ticket, which will be directed to the person(s) responsible.
