Greg Gardner - Help Center Leader

Client and Support Services




Greg Gardner joined the Information Technology Systems and Services staff as the Help Center Leader last January. Greg is also responsible for developing a State Wide Help Desk for Distance Learning, coordinating with the Help Center Manager at NDSU.

He received his Bachelors Degree in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN. After college, Greg was commissioned an Ensign in the U.S. Navy. He recently resigned his commission as a Lieutenant Commander in the Naval Reserve.

Greg spent the past five years in the Seattle area working at Boeing, Microsoft, Compaq and several dot-coms. He has managed the building of several Network Operations Centers, Help Desks and Technical Support Departments. Prior to coming to UND, Greg was a web developer at Boeing. He has also taught the entire MCSE+I courses at a college and for a training company.
