Eric Stauss has accepted the position of NDUS Help Desk Representative. He is located at the UND ITSS Help Desk. Eric is a recent UND graduate with a B.A. in Information Systems. He previously worked for SEI here in Grand Forks.
His parents, siblings and fiancée Ashley are all here in Grand forks. His hobbies include computers all kinds of sports, particularly golf and hockey.
In his primary role he will provide NDUS support for ConnectND and Distance education customers. He will also provide support for UND students, staff and faculty.
