Computer Labs for Instructional Purposes

The Computer Center has PC and Macintosh labs available for occasional instructional purposes. Room 361 in Upson II has an LCD projector connected to an IBM compatible computer with 16 student stations. The IBM compatible lab in the Memorial Union, Room 201-J, has 16 student stations but does not currently have an LCD projector. The Macintosh lab in the Memorial Union, Room 201-I, has an LCD projector and 18 student stations.

You may request the use of the lab in Upson II, Room 361, by calling Terry Cultice at 777-3781. Room 361 in Upson II is currently used about 90% of the time and the spring semester schedule was completed in October. There are a few dates still available for the spring semester. Guidelines for use of Training Room 361 are on the Computer Center home page and click on the training link, or go directly to the URL: www.und.nodak.edu/dept/CC/training.html

You may request the use of either lab in the Memorial Union, Room 201-J and 210-I, by calling Gary Johnson at 777-4238 or Tracy Uhlir at 777-3878. The labs in the Memorial Union must be requested at least two weeks (preferably four weeks) in advance as notices need to be posted to inform students the lab will be unavailable during a scheduled class.

If you would like to use any of these labs during the summer semester, we will begin working on the summer schedule during first part of April. Please remember, the earlier you get your request in, the easier it is to honor your requested dates and times.
