The ITSS Desktop Client group has negotiated special computer pricing as part of the large semi-annual Student Technology Fee purchase. The pricing is for university department purchases. Click on the Computer Purchases link to find information about pricing for basic desktop, laptop and Engineering models as well as add-ons that you may require. This quote is good through July 31, 2006. The Computer Purchases link is on the ITSS homepage on the left under ITSS SERVICES heading. Gateway has placed the University at level II support. In the event that you have to call tech support at Gateway, you should use the following number instead of the number on the side of your computer. Our support number is 1-888-888-2040 and our pin number is 60377. Again this number should be used for all Gateway computers that are under warranty.
