Remedy - Problem Tracking Software Upgraded

ITSS is proud to announce the upgrade to the problem tracking software Remedy Action Request. Remedy is used by all 11 higher education institutions, ODIN, and ConnectND. The system is maintained by ITSS at HECN North and ITS at HECN South. The upgrade was performed on Dec 29 with a joint effort from both institutions. With the upgrade comes added functionality with the addition of an attachment field. When customers are experiencing problems they can submit the information through the web page (http://www.helpcenter.nodak.edu) and also attach up to three files. The files can be screen shots, documents or other files that will be helpful for our support staff to troubleshoot and correct the problems.
