Ron Lauinger has accepted the position of ITSS Help Center Specialist. Ron has 17 years of IT experience. Ron has been with ITSS since 1991. He currently holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from UND with a minor in Computer Science and is a SME certified manufacturing technician.
In his new role, Ron will provide support and assistance to UND students, staff, and faculty. In addition he will also work with state campuses and state agencies.
