Two new scanners are in place for each platform at the Computer Learning Lab (CLL) located in the lower level of the Memorial Union. The Macintosh scanner has PageMaker 6.5 plus, PhotoShop 5.5, and Illustrator 9.0, with an additional optical character recognition (OCR) program, OmniPage Pro 8.0. The Windows scanner will have OmniPage Pro 10.0 and PhotoShop too. The CFL does not have any scanners.
Software available in the Macintosh Lab at the CLL: PageMaker 6.5 plus, PhotoShop 5.5, and Illustrator 9.0. We are hoping to get PageMaker plus for some of the Windows machines as well.
