The UND Help Center is the primary point of contact for UND students, faculty and staff seeking computer assistance. The UND Help Center knows technology is a great tool that we use every day, so when that technology breaks down or acts up it impacts your day. We provide problem reporting , tracking and resolution of supported software, hardware and operation systems, including general IT services. The Help Center will make every effort to solve your problem or direct you to a someone who can.
The UND Help Center's phone number is 777-2222. We have a staff of three full-time and two student employees. Our hours of operation are normal campus working hours 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday. The Help Center phone is answered after hours to report system problems or outages, all other calls can leave a message and the problems will be addressed the following working day.
