Jim Malins joined the Computer Center User Services Staff in December of 1999. Jim has over eight years experience as a technical training instructor. He comes to the Computer Center after nearly two and half years as the Supervisor of the Facilities Electronics Shop. Jim assumes the mantle formerly worn by Terry Cultice. His primary responsibility will be designing and instructing introductory, intermediate, and advanced level courses on Access 97, Excel 97, Power Point 97, Word 97, WordPerfect 8.0, Windows 95/98, and other Windows based software as needed. He is also available to assist with questions on the various Windows based software supported by the Computer Center as a member of the Desktop Applications Team.
Jim is also taking over the responsibility of maintaining and scheduling classes for the computer lab in Upson II, room 361. Contact Jim by calling: 777-3781.
