On February 4, 2005, the voice mail system for the University of North Dakota campus was upgraded to a new Modular Messaging system. Contact the Department Telephone Counselor for instruction guides or go to the Telecommunications website. At the main page of the Telecommunications website select the bar titled Voice Mail - New. The Getting Started Quick Reference gives instructions for initial setup of a new voice mailbox. Quick Reference Guide gives more complete feature instructions. There is also a Modular Messaging Wallet Card. All documents may be printed for future reference.
