Maintenance was performed on January 16 and 17, 2005 to enable searching on long character and diary fields. On the NDUS:HelpDesk form, the fields affected are the Details, and Work Log on the Customer Information tab and the Modified by ID on the Time Information tab. This update was done to allow searching by these fields as they were unable to be searched in previous versions.

This maintenance applies to client users only. Web pages for ticket submittal are not affected.
