A survey was conducted of user satisfaction with the U-mail e-mail system during Spring Semester. There were 324 responses to the on-line survey. Overall the results were quite positive. We'd like to thank all the respondents who took the time to complete the survey, the comments were especially helpful. Feedback obtained from the survey led to the creation of some frequently asked questions (FAQs) regarding attachment and addressbook features for Mulberry and Netscape Messenger Express.
