Tracy Uhlir has joined the Computer Center User Services staff as a Microcomputer consultant.
Tracy received her Master of Science degree in Industrial Technology from the University of
North Dakota and brings with her several years of various computer experience. Her main areas
of responsibility at the Computer Center include support of Windows 95 based software, with
focus given to WordPerfect, GroupWise, and the Microsoft Office Suite. In addition to
supporting computer applications, she also instructs courses in GroupWise and is the QuickStart
Coordinator for student taught after hours training with a word processor, Windows 95, email
and WWW using a web browser. Along with PC based support, Tracy also supports the
Macintosh operating system and associated applications.
As the Computer Center Lab/Cluster supervisor, she oversees the day-to-day operation of the labs that are located in the Memorial Union, Chester Fritz Library, and Upson II. Tracy can be reached by phone at 777-3878 or by e-mail at Tracy_Uhlir@mail.und.nodak.edu.
