Network Services information and service-ordering forms are now available on the World Wide Web at www.und.nodak.edu/dept/cc/network.

Modem graphs show current and historical information on UND modem usage. Graphs of our statewide Internet circuits and the Higher Education Computer Network frame-relay circuits show link utilization statistics and trends. This information can help determine the time of day when you are most likely to get an immediate modem connection versus a busy signal or why your existing Internet connection may seem slower than normal during different time intervals.

The Online Service Ordering Form allows requesting the installation of cabling or the connection to the campus network on existing cabling. A fund and department number is required for the installation of new cabling. A database search by building and room number is available that enables you to determine if there is a current connection at a specific location. A form is available to submit a status inquiry of a request.
