ITSS provides:

Technical and Support services

• 20X7 operations staff to monitor systems
• System administrators with technical expertise in server operating systems
• Network services team with experience in local and wide area networking
• Help Desk for problem reporting and tracking
• Maintain all storage and backup/restore requirements

Physical infrastructure

• Failover electrical power with UPS and Generator
• 24X7 locked and secured machine room with limited access
• Gigabit network availability
• Automated system backup

Terms:

ITSS will calculate customer costs on a monthly basis per drive storage used. This agreement may be cancelled by either party with a minimum of 30 days advance notice. In the event of cancellation, Customer is responsible for making alternative arrangements for any data currently hosted by ITSS. The Customer is also responsible for notifying ITSS of staff/account changes and where said data should be moved.

Data Hosting Schedule:

Customers are billed according to the total size of their department’s Network Storage use. The minimum monthly charge is $16 up to the first 500 MB (mega bytes) of storage. All department storage totals over 500 MB are calculated on a cost of $36 per GB (gig bytes) per month.
