Students
receiving Chapter 33 Post
9/11 GI Bill veterans educational benefits:
The Chapter 33 Tuition and Fees benefit
includes the cost of flight training at UND. Flight courses must be degree
requirements. If you
are interested in using your Chapter 33 benefits for flight training, please
contact Carol Anson, Veteran Certifying Official,
at 777-3363.

Aviation students have additional costs above from the regular tuition/fee
and room and board. The Educational Expense Planning Worksheet will help you estimate what your
education/training will be by semester.
Flight costs may be added to your estimated Cost of Attendance if you are a
declared aviation major enrolled in a flight course required for your major.
You can see your estimated cost of attendance on
CampusConnection.
Follow the navigation: Student Center - View My Financial Aid - Click on Year -
Financial Aid Summary.
After you have registered for your flight courses each semester (but not
before June for the Fall Semester), you will be awarded any additional Stafford
Loans based on your flight costs and you will be sent a revised award U-Mail notice. It
is your responsibility to notify the Student Financial Aid Office of any changes
in your registration after your initial registration in a flight course each
semester.
If you have already been awarded the maximum aid, or if the aid you have been
offered is not sufficient to cover your costs, you will need to apply for one of
the alternative loans.
It is suggested that you apply for any additional loans one semester at a
time, since flight costs are only considered after you have registered each
semester.

Aviation Department to
be placed on financial agreement. The AIMS account is a draw down account
since students are not charged up front for their flight courses.

Paypath. Credit cards accepted at MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Credit card transactions will be assessed a non-refundable fee of 2.75% or a
