The
official third-week file of enrollment
data has been produced for Fall
Semester 2007.
As you know all institutions in the North
Dakota University System are required to
produce a third-week file; these data are
considered official for all state and federal
reporting. For your information, attached
are different tables of official
data extracted from that file. More detailed
analysis of this information is available
upon request from the Office of Institutional
Research.
The
tables, produced under PeopleSoft, look somewhat
similar to the legacy information; however,
some of the changes are noted:
1)
Table 1, the Academic Group of PRVST are
the students who declared Honors as their
primary program; the Academic Group of UND
also includes all undecided students, including
the graduate non-degree students.
2)
Table 4, all majors and minors are included-if
they are a first major they appear with their
degree abbreviation; some students are counted
twice, the totals on these tables will exceed
the total enrollment figure.
