Graduate Programs

The Department’s Graduate Programs consist of the Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and the M.A. in Counseling.  The Ph.D. Program is accredited by the American Psychological Association and provides generalist training as a scientist-practitioner.  The M.A. Program has 4 emphases: Community Agency Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, Addictions Counseling, all offered on campus, and School Counseling, offered online through Continuing Education.  The School Counseling emphasis is accredited by the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education.
